I began my academic journey at the University of California, Irvine, knowing that medicine was something I was drawn to, even if I didn’t yet know exactly where it would lead. Like many people, I reached a point where I needed to pause, uproot my life, and really ask myself what I wanted and why.
Now, as I finish my Master of Public Health, I’m beginning the next chapter of becoming a physician. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for women’s health, from the everyday questions we’re often hesitant to ask to the more complex conditions that deserve greater understanding.
This space was created as a place to share what I’m learning, reflect openly, and create room for honest conversations. My approach to this work is shaped by both my training and my faith, which continues to guide how I listen, learn, and care for others. My hope is that this blog feels supportive, informative, and real, a place where women can feel seen, empowered, and encouraged in their own health journeys.

Let’s get to know each other.
This space isn’t just about my journey, it’s about yours, too. If you feel comfortable, I’d love to hear a bit about you, your experiences, or what brought you here. Whether you’re navigating a health question, seeking clarity, or simply curious, you’re welcome here. Click the link below!
